1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all patients and clients of Black Label Aesthetics and Health (BLAAH), located at 2 Lord Sheffield Cct, Penrith NSW 2750. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to these terms.
2. Appointments and Bookings
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- A valid email address and mobile phone number are required to book.
- You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS when your appointment is booked.
- Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other patients.
3. Consultations
- An initial consultation is required before your first cosmetic treatment.
- Consultations carry no obligation.
- Treatment may be declined if we determine it is not clinically appropriate or safe.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Repeated no-shows (failure to attend without notice) may result in a requirement to pay a booking deposit for future appointments.

5. Deposits
- Certain treatments or appointment types may require a deposit at the time of booking.
- Deposits are applied to the cost of your treatment.
- If you cancel with adequate notice (48+ hours), your deposit will be refunded or credited.
- Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice).
6. Pricing
- Pricing for cosmetic medicine treatments is discussed during your consultation and is based on your individual treatment plan.
- All other treatment pricing is available on request or via our online booking page.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured for that appointment.
7. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of treatment.
- We accept credit card, debit card, and EFTPOS. We do not accept cash.
- Payment plans or buy-now-pay-later options are not currently available.
8. Consent
- Written informed consent is required before every cosmetic treatment.
- Consent forms will be sent to you digitally before your appointment.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time before treatment begins.
- Treatment will not proceed without a signed consent form.
9. Medical History
- You are required to provide accurate and complete medical history before treatment.
- You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or allergies at each visit.
- Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment. Black Label Aesthetics and Health (BLAAH) accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical information.
10. Results and Expectations
- Cosmetic treatments produce individual results that vary from person to person.
- Before and after images shown on our website, social media, or in the clinic are examples only and do not guarantee the same outcome.
- We will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.
11. Aftercare
- Aftercare instructions will be provided following your treatment.
- Following aftercare instructions is essential for achieving the best results and minimising the risk of complications.
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results and may limit our ability to address concerns.
12. Complaints and Concerns
- If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns.
- We offer follow-up appointments to review treatment results.
- Formal complaints can be made in writing to blaah.penrith@gmail.com.
13. Refund Policy
- As cosmetic treatments are elective, refunds are generally not provided for completed treatments.
- If a clinical complication arises that requires corrective treatment, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds for unused deposits will be processed within 7 business days.
14. Photography
- Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment as part of your medical record.
- Photographs will not be used for marketing purposes without your separate written consent.
15. Privacy
Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available on our website and in the clinic.
16. Limitation of Liability
- Black Label Aesthetics and Health (BLAAH) and its staff provide treatments with reasonable care and skill in accordance with current professional standards.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.
- Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be available on our website and in the clinic.
