Our Story
Why We Started BLAAH
We started BLAAH because we were tired of the way cosmetic clinics operated. Too much pressure, too much upselling, not enough listening. We wanted to build something different in Penrith.
The clinic is small on purpose. We would rather see fewer people properly than rush through a packed schedule. That means actual time to talk, a proper skin assessment, and honest recommendations about what is worth doing.

Natalie Hoyle
Cosmetic Nurse & Clinic Director
Natalie started BLAAH because she wanted a clinic that actually felt different from the inside out. She comes from a clinical nursing background with specialist cosmetic training, and she is the kind of person who will tell you if something is not worth doing.
She builds every treatment plan around what makes sense for you, not what is trending on Instagram. If something is not going to work for your skin, she will say so. That is just how she operates.

Dr Niro Sivathasan
Cosmetic Physician
Dr Niro trained in London and completed specialty training in plastic and cosmetic surgery across multiple countries. He holds fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, among others.
His background spans published research, international presentations, and both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic medicine. He is a recognised key opinion leader for energy-based devices and pharmaceutical developments in the cosmetic medicine space.
